Choosing to step off the traditional path, I refocused my life on finding genuine fulfillment. This transformed everything—from where I live and the work I do helping others, to the time I have for family, friends, and faith.
Leaving the Bay Area wasn’t just about finding a new place to live; it was my first step in building a life that aligned with my values and goals to start a family one day. I had spent years working in tech sales for major companies in Silicon Valley, where I helped clients solve complex problems with emerging technologies. However, it began to feel like golden handcuffs; the pay was great, but I was in a high-stress environment all the time, losing all passion for the work. I was ready for a change of pace—a life where I could enjoy the moments that truly mattered.
In late 2014, I made the move to Boise, Idaho, a place that offered safety, affordability, and a connection to the outdoors. It was a breath of fresh air. The home I purchased in Idaho was everything I had dreamed of but could never afford in California—a spacious house with a four-car garage, nestled in the foothills. I love the slower pace of life and endless opportunities for adventure, from snowboarding to mountain biking and wakeboarding, there is always something to do. I felt like I had won the lottery!
For the first couple of years after moving, I continued working in tech. But in 2016, the company I was with folded its U.S. territory team, and I found myself at a crossroads. I could either continue down this path or take a leap of faith and reshape my life around the things I truly value. The truth was, I wanted to be in control of my future, to work on something that aligned with my passions and brought me a feeling of accomplishment and pride.
That’s when I decided to pursue a career in real estate. I started from scratch, with no local network and no experience in the industry. But I was determined to make it work. Growing up in a hardworking, close-knit family, I was taught the importance of integrity, character, and perseverance. My parents instilled in me a strong work ethic, and from a young age, I was drawn to competition—whether it was BMX racing, dirt biking, or any outdoor challenge. These experiences shaped me into someone who is driven, resourceful, and unafraid of taking on new challenges. They prepared me to think like an entrepreneur long before I realized it.
In May 2017, I earned my real estate license and hit the ground running. Within three weeks, I closed my first deal, which validated my decision to switch careers. By the end of that first year, my business started to gain momentum. Over the years, I’ve built a thriving real estate business, closing hundreds of deals and establishing strong relationships with my clients. I’ve also become an accredited real estate investor and use those personal investment experiences to help my clients navigate their own journeys.
What I love about real estate is that it allows me to continue helping people and solving problems, just like I had in tech sales, but in a way that is much more personal and fulfilling. I am building something of my own, on my own terms. My faith has deepened throughout this transformative journey, realizing God had a plan for me. I’m focused on not only serving people through real estate, but also being involved in my church, living a life that reflects my faith and values, not just in words, but in actions.
Real estate has given me the flexibility to be present for my wife, Angie, and our two young boys, Bennett and Declan. My parents, brother, aunts, uncles, and cousins have moved out here too, enjoying this amazing area just as we have! We love going on adventures and having quality time together—it is a balance I feel blessed to have.
Over the past 7 years, I’ve not only built but also managed a diverse real estate portfolio worth over $5.5 million. By practicing what I preach, I have been able to define the best strategies and methods to help my clients be successful. I also have a great network of builders, developers, CPAs, attorneys, and other key professionals to further enhance the value I offer, allowing me to provide clients with unparalleled access to resources and opportunities. My ultimate goal is to bring the best possible outcomes, perfectly tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
I take great pride in my personalized, client-centered approach to real estate. My primary goal when meeting with clients is to help them clearly define and achieve their long-term and short-term real estate goals. Rather than focusing solely on the immediate transaction, I’m committed to creating a comprehensive roadmap that leverages real estate as a tool for building sustainable wealth. This approach has fostered many lasting client relationships, as they trust me to guide them in making the best decisions for one of their most significant assets.
Sincerely,
